Welcome to Mulberry, Tennessee

This site was established as part of a Southern Religion class project at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Our professor, Dr. Gerald Smith, established the church visit project as means of allowing students the opportunity to study southern religion from a fieldwork perspective. In looking at religion in Mulberry it became quickly apparent that all four of the religious denominations found in Mulberry must be studied both separately and together due to the network that they create within the town. We established this site as a means of allowing those unfamiliar with Mulberry, Tennessee, or the surrounding area an opportunity to share in our experiences.
